It's RAK-a-ganza time!

OK, OK, my play on words isn't the funniest, but it gets my point across! I have been cleaning, organizing, and purging my scrappy goods and I have quite a bit I no longer want or need. I know that one scrapper's trash is another's treasure, so I've decided to do some RAKing! Have a lookie at all of this stuff:

It's quite a mixed bag. There are flowers, ribbon, lace, brads, chipboard, and more. I stuffed these items into 4x7" mailers and I ended up with six:

Sooo, I have SIX RAKs to hand out. These aren't kits, so the contents of each envelope more than likey don't match very well, but I did try to get a little of each item into them. Are you interested? If so, just leave a comment here. I will draw names on Monday, February 15. Remember, there are SIX up for grabs so spread the word!

"Ahhhh... I have plenty of wedding photos of myself and/or family that I could use these babies on!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

January 25, 2010 3:19 PM"

For everyone else, you will want to check back in here near the end of this week. You see, over the weekend I began organizing/purging my scrap storage/space. I am continuing to work on it this week, and I just know I will have a ton of stuff I no longer want/need. I will be giving the larger items, more costly to mail, to family and friends. I suspect however, that I will have three or four goodie bags to RAK out here on my blog. I plan on making one post, with three or four winners pulled from the comments. Like those odds? Well stay tuned!

RAK reminder, and rainbow fun!!

Today I wanted to scrap a cutiepie picture of my son. (No bias there, huh? LOL!) For some reason, it made me think of a rainbow, and then the trees and houses just went along with that vision. I used thin strips of scrap cardstock, folded them, and then unfurled them to create the rainbow. Check it out:

Also, remember these babies?

A RAK of two of these handmade fabric flowers are up for grabs. You need to get your comment in today or tomorrow, I'll announce the winner on Monday! Check it out here if you want in: http://byondbzr.blogspot.com/2010/01/turning-around-rainy-dreary-sunday.html

Pour on the bleach!

Why? Because it's easy, and the result is super cool! Pour bleach onto a piece of cardstock and allow it to sit undisturbed for at least 5 minutes. Use paper towels to absorb the excess bleach and allow your paper to thouroughly dry before using. Check out what I made using this technique, cool huh!
